I guess Rivers hires employees, gives them ZERO customer service training, lets them treat people however they want, and thinks that is OK. He told me I was 'causing a scene.' and told me to leave. I TRIED to explain what happened to the manager, tried to show him my phone with the incoming call from RIvers, and asked him to call the restaurant. On Sunday, April 10, 2022, at 9:23pm a female manager from the Wheelhouse called me and told me that 'would not be a problem' Tonight when I walked in with my daughter and her friend, the employee checking ID began repeating over and over 'No outside food and beverage.' I TRIED to explain that I had talked to someone, but he just kept repeating himself, until he called his manager. I had ordered a picture cake from our local bakery, so on Sunday I filled out the online form asking if I could bring the cake in to the Wheelhouse restaurant. My family and friends wanted to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday at the Rivers casino tonight.
